ULTRA means beyond

What does going beyond look like?

Beyond where you are today. Beyond what you thought you could do.

ULTRA is more than a gym. It is a women-focused space built around movement, mindset, wellness and connection. Class-based, community focused and limited in capacity, so every woman is seen.

Move. Connect. Progress.

Progress is personal. You do not have to do it alone.

  • Movement

Controlled, mindful work that builds from the core.

  • Strength

Lifting with purpose, on TechnoGym equipment, under a coach's eye.

  • Your progress

Small classes and real attention, so you can see how far you have come.

Training

Go further, your way.

Seven ways to train. Every class is coach-led and limited in capacity.

  1. Reformer PilatesPrecise, controlled work for core strength and posture.
  2. Group classesCoach-led sessions with a small group of women beside you.
  3. HYROXHYROX affiliated training. Running and functional strength, combined.
  4. StrengthLift with purpose and build strength that lasts.
  5. BootcampFull body circuits that lift the whole room.
  6. Personal TrainingOne to one coaching, shaped entirely around you.
  7. Open GymTrain on your own terms, on TechnoGym equipment.

The Space

A space to move. A space to become.

Tall windows, raw concrete and our green marble wall, on the first floor of Elite Complex in Sabah AlSalem.

  • A woman curls a pair of dumbbells in front of a green marble tile wall, with a wooden ladder in the foreground.
  • Seen through a doorway, a woman holds a medicine ball overhead in a large unfinished hall with floor-to-ceiling windows.
  • Close-up of a wall of dark green marble tiles laid in tall vertical rows.
  • Unfinished interior with metal wall framing, a scaffold tower and large windows looking out over low city buildings.
  • A woman holds a high plank on a mat in an unfinished room with scaffolding, seen across a wide concrete floor.
  • Zoom-blurred construction interior with scaffolding in front of tall bright windows.
  • A woman in olive leggings and a white T-shirt, a jacket tied at her waist, stands with hands clasped behind a black 10 kg Rogue medicine ball on a concrete floor.
